FastFrac Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new customer may evaluate FastFrac free for seven days before any charge is made. The trial is the opportunity to decide whether the Service suits you. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged.

Subscriptions

FastFrac subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and are not refundable for any unused part of a billing period. When you cancel, your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

This applies equally to a yearly plan: switching to monthly, or cancelling, takes effect at the end of the year already paid for, and the difference is not refunded.

Exceptions

We will refund promptly, on request to inquiries@fastfrac.net:

• a duplicate charge, or a charge made in error by us or our payment processor;
• a renewal charged after you cancelled through your account page before the renewal date;
• any other case where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days.
