FastFrac Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This policy explains what information FastFrac (Aegis Solutions Group, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as FastFrac) collects when you use fastfrac.net, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account information you give us: email address, phone number, user ID, password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form) and, if you choose to give it, company name.
Payment information: collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number. We receive from Stripe your subscription status, plan, renewal date and the last four digits of your card.
Design data: the well, reservoir and treatment inputs you enter are sent to our server to compute your results and are not stored there. Designs you save are files on your own computer. Any in-progress draft is held in your own browser's storage and never leaves your device.
Technical information: when you use the Service our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security, operation and to measure site traffic. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Contact messages: anything you send through the contact page or to inquiries@fastfrac.net.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To bill you, manage your trial and subscription, and send receipts and billing notices.
- To compute and return your design results.
- To respond to your messages.
- To protect the Service against abuse and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run the Service, each bound to use it solely for that purpose:
- Stripe (payments, subscription management, tax calculation)
- Supabase (account database and sign-in)
- Netlify (website hosting, server functions, contact form)
- Zoho (email)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor if the business is transferred.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The Service uses a sign-in cookie or token so you stay logged in, and browser local storage to hold your in-progress design draft. Neither is used for tracking. You can clear both from your browser at any time; clearing them signs you out and discards the draft.
5. Retention
Account information is kept while your account is open and for up to 90 days after it is closed, then deleted, except where we must keep billing records for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years). Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can update your email, phone, password and company from your account page.
- You can cancel your subscription and close your account at any time; email inquiries@fastfrac.net to request deletion of your account information.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Residents of jurisdictions with data-protection laws (for example the EU, UK or California) may have additional rights, which we will honour on request.
7. Security
Sign-in and payment pages use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is for adults in a professional setting. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change and, for material changes, we will email account holders.
